Anisuzzaman Chowdhury Ronny serves as chairman of Navana Pharmaceuticals, a publicly listed company. He is also chairman of Anowara Construction, a heavy industry construction company, as well as serving as a director of a private bank that was founded by his father, the prominent politician and business leader Mr Akhtaruzzaman Chowdhury Babu. Anisuzzaman Chowdhury Ronny has also served as chairman of Gas One since 2023.
Having attended Sherborne School in Dorset, England, one of the country’s most prestigious boarding schools, Anisuzzaman Chowdhury Ronny studied at Palm Beach Atlantic College in Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Outside of the world of business, Anisuzzaman Chowdhury Ronny is a committed philanthropist, ranking as the most generous patron of Upalabdhi Orphanage in Bangladesh. He has also provided sizeable donations to Chattogram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital, the leading healthcare facility in Chittagong, Bangladesh, paving the way for local people to receive free medical treatment. |
